Holly & Rose were famous in 1920's prohibition era in Chicago.  At their Speakeasy they perfected a recipe for Gin that made them the most popular destination in the city for a secret little tipple.  After success with Gin they moved into adding other botanicals and flavours to appeal to the taste buds of their clientele.

After a trip to the Caribbean they stumbled across some new friends who introduced them to Rum - and so began a journey into the intricate smooth and spicy flavours of Rum.

Today Holly & Rose recipes are used to recreate their spirits and liquors. Look out for the Holly & Rose blog which will relive their lives in the swinging 1920's, in Chicago and on their travels.
